How can I change my Ricoh printer offline to working condition?

If your Ricoh Printer showing current status offline in windows 10 problem, check power connectivity and wired or wireless network router connection on desktop and printer. Then, click to Open Print& Share Setting.

Click to the upper right corner to open the “profiles” dialogue.

Select your profile by clicking on “Profiles”, dialogue and edit.

Next, select the printer channel options in a list.

Now, Tap the below button below the printer channel list.

Select dialogue (printer error levels) in the Channel list.

Find error and change the offline status to None.

Click OK and save the setting.

Now Try to Print.
